I needed to purchase a hospital bed for my mother and didn't know where to start. Lynne walked me through my options and the Medicare reimbursement options available to us. Found we needed an electric lift chair (urgently) for my mom post back surgery. Lynn called me back on a Sunday, provided exceptional help and by Monday 9:30am we had 2 chairs delivered for my mom. Ryan and his dad Mike were so helpful in showing my mom the chairs and how they worked. It was a feeling of actually getting true help at a time when our heads were spinning. Impressive family. Mike and Ryan were so friendly and professional. I rented a full electric bed for a family member who had surgery. The bed was very comfortable and high quality.
